These terms govern your use of stclairstudiosai.com and the services of St. Clair Studios. By submitting an intake or engaging our services, you agree to them.
We provide done-for-you consulting, marketing, and analytics deliverables. Scope, pricing, and timing for any engagement are confirmed before work begins.
Deliverables are provided as described in your intake or agreement. Reasonable revisions are included as scoped; additional work may be quoted separately.
Monthly plans (Spark, Studio, and Partner) are subscriptions billed in advance for each billing period and renew automatically each month until you cancel. By subscribing you authorize St. Clair Studios and its payment processor to charge your payment method on a recurring basis for the plan fee, plus any applicable taxes, until you cancel. À la carte and one-time orders are billed once, up front, before work begins. All prices are in U.S. dollars. We may change plan pricing with at least 30 days' notice; changes take effect on your next billing period, and current subscribers keep their existing rate until then. If a payment fails, we may pause active work until it is resolved.
Monthly plans: cancel anytime — your cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, you keep access and any in-progress work through that period, and you are not billed again. Because plan capacity is reserved and work is produced within each period, fees already billed are non-refundable and partial months are not pro-rated.
À la carte & one-time orders: because deliverables are custom and produced to your brief, fees become non-refundable once work has started. Cancel before we begin and you receive a full refund.
Digital products (such as Studio Cockpit) are delivered instantly through a third-party store and are generally non-refundable, governed by that store's refund policy shown at checkout.
How we make it right: revisions are included as scoped, and if a finished deliverable materially misses the brief we agreed, we will rework it at no charge. If anything is wrong, contact us first at stclairstudiosai.com/contact before disputing a charge and we will resolve it quickly.
On full payment, ownership of final deliverables transfers to you, except for third-party or pre-existing materials, which remain with their owners.
You agree not to use our services or site unlawfully or to submit content you don't have the rights to.
Services are provided on a commercially reasonable basis. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant deliverable.
